- New Job Title Dropdown – Select a job title directly from the search bar and instantly see relevant, active candidates for that role.
- Expanded Search Options – Broaden your search with automatically suggested similar job titles to ensure you don’t miss great candidates
- Boolean/Keyword Refinement – Fine-tune results using Boolean or keyword searches on top of your Targeted Search.
- Existing Filters Remain – All previously available filters continue to work seamlessly.
